OOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWCCCCCHHHHH!!!


Ok first, I had a blast today. GOD that thing is too fuckin fast!!! OMG, I don't think i ever left 2nd gear!!!! Had fun just doin circles around the area where I let the kids putt around. Went out to trails a couple times, and felt surprisingly comfortable???

Then: Went out on a trail with my oldest son..........yep. Was carrying it pretty good through turns, over rocks (prairie city) lots of low lying muddy spots. Saw a low rutty 3 foot wide mud spot with mound before and after it crossing our trail. Chopped the throttle to try and "jump" or lift the front over it instead of going down/through. Yep, you guessed it, too much throttle and LOOPED that sucka like a big dog!!!!!!! And my gear doesn't get here until this week!!!! :mad Got some good gouges on my forearm, shoulder, thigh, and 1 knuckle. The worst is my thumb. I think I pulled some ligaments/tendons cause I can't grip a damn thing right now. It's not broken and I can bend it, but I can't squeeze anything at all!!!

Never fear, I was back on and riding as soon as I showed Mrs. Bad Dad my wounds (to try and get some pity :teeth).

Results:

1. Bike is scarier than hell.
2. I actually was able to ride it better than I thought.
3. My thumb hurts, but it won't keep me away!!!
4. I love the bike.

Right on Marco! All in all its sounds like you did really well. Im sorry you looped it though.
It is fast but like I told you, you'll get used to the power and really apreciate it:thumbup
I cant wait to get out and ride with you.

along with my wrist.

going to the doctor.

The KX is a beast though. It scared me when I tried it. In every single uphill all it wanted to do is loop loop loop! That bike must be incredibly fun once you can manage the power... After 5 mins I was like: "There you go Ray, you can have it back... no no, really, I insist! Raaaay!!! Come back over here and take this monster back before I kill myself!!! Geeeeezzzzz!!!!!" :laughing ;)

it's fine.

Wore a splint to bed, wrist felt great this morning. I can button my pants, and push the remote control buttons now. :teeth

I did sit on a 636 today and it hurt, (weight forward on hands??) but it should be fine this weekend??

I don't know about Hollister??

Are you guys only going out for a couple hours???

Nah, since Calvin won't be there to slow us down :twofinger :teeth, I would like to ride for at least 4-5 hours (from 10AM to 3PM). :thumbup
