SV650s performance upgrade?

My apologies if this has been addressed in a different thread....

I got me a 2006 SV650s a few months back and I'm looking upgrade my bikes perfomance a little; anyone have some suggested advice?

At some point I'll definitaly replace the exhaust. Just installed a F/E but that's more cosmetic.

A friend of mind suggested replacing my air filter with a K&N filter but I read somewhere on BARF that it's not recommended.

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I think you should do the forks and shock upgrades, then get a high pipe. :cool
