get me in trouble....
Up for sale is my beloved 2005 Blue Yamaha YZF-R1. This bike has been meticulously maintained and cleaned since day one. I have done oil changes using Motul for the first 6000 miles, changing the oil every 1500 miles. From 6000 miles on, I started using Amsoil full synthetic every 1500 miles. The bike has never seen rain and has always been in a heated garage while not ridden and on pitbull stands. This bike has NEVER been down or dropped – the only part of this bike that has touched the ground has been the tires and sidestand.

All modifications and upgrades to the bike have been done either on my own or by well known professionals (Scott @ Desmoto Sport, Dave Moss @ Catalyst and Evolution Suspension and Graves). The TPS recall was handled by the dealer in Daly City, CA and at which time the bike had a thorough look-over for any irregularities, worn parts, malfunctions, etc – bike is CLEAN.

I will be selling this bike with all currently installed parts, spares and extras which include:

Graves Full TI-Oval Exhaust system (put on at 3K miles)

dam if I could sell my r1 I would so buy this one. any chance if he does want to sell parts let me know. I would be interested in track body work and stand and other parts that are ON the bike

thanks kimchi for adding some of the pics. I dont have a digi cam anymore so I cant take any good resolution pics.

Hey Toe, let me know if you wanna come take a closer look at the bike and maybe even take a demo.... deposit required ;)

I'd like to keep the bike in one piece because all the parts compliment each other in some way.... I also have suspension settings written down with date and weather along with tire pressures. This bike was done right without having to open up the motor....

ask kimchi, it's dam fast and smooth getting there :cool

yah man...Im off tomorrow id love to come look at it. I wont ask for a test ride untill i have full cash in hand. I would love to sit on it though : )

sorry dude, I'm away from a computer pretty much the whole week cause I'm volunteering at an event during the mornings and then going to work afterwards....

PM replied.
