Cheers. I read the accident thread on Sunday morning, read it to my wife, and told her that was the guy behind those Motivational Posters I'd been sending her in her email at work. She passed her favorites on to her mom. David never knew how many people he made chuckle while goofing off at work. Maybe he knows now.

Not really his fault. The at least 10 mph tail wind was messing a bunch of people up all day, and I would guess that the Duc that received the Pirelli enema fell victim to the extra speed. He was really hard on the brakes and not turning in. In fact, the Duc straight-lined 10 and almost hit the tires. That might have had something to do with getting passed by an upside down SV, but like I said, it didn't look like he was gonna make the turn anyway. I would guess that Dean was expecting the other rider to not try and come to a complete stop near the entry of 10...
