Other than Kellys Blue Book anyother online sites give retail value of Dirt bikes? I am looking at a new XR100 for my son a 2000 TTR225 for my Lady and a 2000 XR650 for myself. I just wanted to have a price to look for when I sit down to argue with the dealer.

for a 2000 XR650 i wouldn't pay anymore then 4000. if it's in
perfect shape and low milage

msrp for a 2003 XR650R is 5995.00 i bought my 2002 new for
5500.00 out the door with a couple of extras and 48 month
unlimited mile waranty.

Go to cycletrader.com and do a search with the different models/years of bikes you are interested in then you can get a good idea of what others are selling thiers for.

I dont really trust KBB for dirtbikes. Subscribe to the Dirtbike mags, usually they have a buyers guide once a year.

But...
Xr 100s are hard to find used, usually 1500-2k(nobody wants to sell them)
2000 Xr650~ 4k
TTR~5500-3k

On the TTR he wanted a 225 those are only 2999 msrp probably can pick one up for around 2k for a 2000 model. Thats the same bike we got for my lady, nice bike, low seat, and electric start but they are pretty heavy as well as wide and definetly lack in suspention if you go down a bumpy road quickly. We are looking at replacing it with a new Honda 150 or 230, this are also nice little play bikes for you too. Just a thought for you.

Cool site Pierre. My DRZ appraised between $3200 and $4500 with the average at $4205.00 which is what I want for it.

The numbers that the link shows are the appraisal with out the aftermarket exhaust on the DRZ. The numbers I typed above are with the exhaust on the DRZ.
