Hi, everyone -

I recently upgraded my helmet and I'm looking to see if there is anything better than what I'm currently using for my anti-fog insert.

In my old helmet, I'm using the Fog City Hyper Optiks insert: (an older model than what is listed below)

https://www.modernworld.com/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=shop.flypage&product_id=8&category_id=541a03b2b0e1b6dbd972e9f5af5ca992&option=com_phpshop&Itemid=1

It works reasonably well. It completely solves the fog problem - I never have had to lift my visor to allow de-fogging, even when stopped at an intersection on a really cold day. On the color-change, I don't need to use sunglasses during the day, but it could be better, things are a little too bright still.

I wonder if anyone has recommendations of even better products? I'm certainly happy buying this one again, but I wonder if I'm missing out.

I'd be happy to use a replacement visor, but I was one that wouldn't fog up, even when stopped, and that I wouldn't have to carry around one for night and one for day. My new helmet is a Shoei X-11 Bostrom.

Thanks, Sean

personally, I like either the clear or the HyperOptik inserts rather than the dark tinted only cuz the other 2 are more useful all around and not a hassle if caught riding at night...plus the lighter tint of the Hyper Optik is much easier to see under shaded areas...it doesn't block as good as a tinted visor but I personally like it especially under foul lighting weather and lighting condition...
