Ride Report 3/3

Well I went riding after a year long hiatus. The whole day was a mix of good and bad. First off, my friend's truck ran into some problems and we never even made it to Hollister(doh!) and ended up at Metcalf. Gearing up I found that I still fit in all my old gear, so I can return the new stuff I bought(yay!). But I really am out of shape, and damn that suspension was set too hard, had to soften it down a bit. We made a short day of trail riding and doing laps on the MX track. The YZf was awesome, a bit taller than Im used to, and a bit, ok, alot more power than Im used to.:teeth
I was hoping to have some helmet cam video, but even that didn't work yesterday. It turned off somehow with only 10secs into the ride:cry But I am glad to be back on the dirt at least. Cant wait to do a real day of riding at Hollister.

That sounds great Alex! I told you the YZF was a beast! Did you keep the slack in the throttle? I could not ride without it, specially when I was tired or had arm pump :wow :teeth

Yep everything else sucked. I forgot to add it was freezing too. And the stickers are great- I don't crash:laughing
