Tuesday Morning, a funky discount crap store in Berkeley, has a handful of Bell Zephyrs for $30/pop.
I was going to post earlier, but the caveats seemed too numerous (Who knows how they've been handled? Dropped?)
Then I noticed a webbikeworld review

...and decided I'd alert people to the existence of a budget-priced, apparently perfectly decent helmet.
What finally clinched it is that some guy in the comments section gave a shout out to the very same discount crap store... bless their crappy discount soul.
