OK, so I took some pics last night. I thought they came out kinda cool. I figured that I would post them and see if anyone here can figure out where I am. (Please keep quiet if you already know where I am. This game is for people that don't know.) :teeth

Great guess! Yes, I am in Hiroshima right now. The building in the picture was almost directly under the bomb when it exploded. The sign says that it exploded 580 meters above the building. Everyone inside was killed, but because the building only experienced vertical forces from the blast, it was not destroyed.

The Peace Park is kind of a humbling place.

Yes, it's really trippy, and yes, everything is back to normal. It's hard to believe that anything actually happened here. It's one thing to hear stories or watch things on TV, but it's a completely different thing to stand next to a building that actually survived a nuclear blast. The whole thing was quite surreal.

I visited Hiroshima a long time ago. Everyone should go at least once in their life.
