So you are telling me I need to replace my fuel lines and filter? How the hell did I make it back down Mines? Did you pick it up or cut it off?

Perhaps you weren't the only bike to crash there. You weren't leaking anything either so I hazard to say that it was from another bike.

thats what it sounds like to me.

if you wanted to make sure, just check your bike for any of that green hose. it is not common.

Speedy has a good eye.. Green is not normally a color of line found. However some people have installed "filters" on other lines. I myself have used inline filters on vacuum hoses, to prevent particles blown out or sucked in from going places.

And I've used them to show me if oil is making it to places it shouldn't. :twofinger

I went head on with a metal gate about a week ago, on Mines Rd, on a tight right a couple miles before the Junction. Bike still runs true, only problems are all the tabs connecting the electronics to the fairings were destroyed and everything painted is scratched.

Sorry to hear about the damage to your bike, man... I've always thought your bike was one of the prettiest. Would you mind telling me more about what happened?

+1 ...just a filter on a vent line.
