This season started out with an early spring at Miller. Made a major breakthrough, and set the pace for the rest of my season.
Fast forward to a perfect November day at Laguna, my first full day on the track. I say first full day because two years ago, I skipped out on work to ride Laguna. My employer at the time was not amused and made my life hell, despite a much needed day off, and harrassed me on the phone throughout the day. By the third session, I was frazzeled and making mistakes all over the place. I decided to park it for the day, rather than toss the bike away in the wrong frame of mind.
This year was different, after a fun and sucessful racing season and cornerworking the GP, I was pumped to get out there again. The weather was perfect, and I quickly became accustomed to the track. So much fun, the ultimate rollercoaster ride. By the end of the day I was down to consistent 45's with massive traffic. Terrific passing practice in all places all over the track and I felt like a rockstar all day. Can't wait to go back!!!
