Looking for place in Sunnyvale, Mtn View, Cupertino area

I'm looking for a house/apt/townhouse with garage (attached preferred) located in Sunnyvale, Mtn View, Cupertino, and the surrounding San Jose/Santa Clara area. Looking for 2 bed/1 or more bath. OR 3 bed/2 or more bath. My budget is no more than $750 per bedroom.

This is a roommate situation. No family, no kids, no pets (although that option would be a plus), all full time working professionals.

I've searched craigslist for a long time with only a few hits.
