Haven't posted it yet as I need to write up a little ad still, but I'm going to have a room available at the end of the month/year in a 3 bed/2 bath house in Union City. Not exactly SJ but it's nowhere near the commute that SF->SJ is. Other roommate is a gearhead also (works on cars). Let me know if you're interested and I'll PM you more info.
