My friend is moving out next month so I will have a room available for rent on 1/15/2008.
The house is a 4 bedroom 2 bath 1600sqft in a quiet neighborhood in North San Jose.
In between 680/880/237 freeways and walking distance to the Light Rail.
You will be sharing the full main bath with 2 other people.
There is plenty of street parking available and maybe a slot in the driveway for your car/truck depending on your work schedule as I park one of my cars in the garage and the other in the driveway.
However there is plenty of room in the garage to fit another motorcycle, or 2. :D
I also have one small indoor dog in the house.
Other amenities are:
DirecTV with your own personal Tivo box will be included
Comcast Cable Internet via wired ethernet in your room or wireless in the rest of the house
Extra phone line is available and pre-wired if needed
Washer and Dryer
Other utilities included.
Homemade Filipino cooking every so often. ;)
