Today, around 3:30pm, I was on 580 east on my way to Pleasanton from the Castro Valley area. Traffic was stop and go. I heard a siren coming from behind so I looked behind me to see where it was. Next thing I know, I see an officer on a DRZ looking bike, with red and blue lights and a siren, going down the left shoulder along the median. I'm pretty sure it wasn't CHP. Does anyone have any idea where he could have been from?
