For the record, you can leave a pic like that up, but linked (so we have to click on the linkie to open it) ~~ and with a NSW (Not Safe for Work) disclaimer/warning in both the thread title and the post... ;)

Really bad/offensive ones will of course not be tolerated even with the above guidelines. :hand :x
