$750 Room in SF - Feb 1st

so my good friend and i are looking for 2 more people to share a 4 bedroom townhouse in the presidio with us. we are looking to move around feb 1st and the rent will be appx $750 per month with a $750 rent deposit.

we both ride and would love to have 2 more roommates that ride as well. :ride
