**Update: Room is taken**
One of my roommates just bought a place in Livermore so we are looking for someone to fill his room.
The 3 bed/2 bath home is located in Union City off the Decoto Rd/CA-84/Dumbarton Bridge exit off of I-880. We're close to the UC/Fremont border and within walking distance of the Union City BART station.
Room is 10'x10.5' excluding the closet, and is freshly painted but not furnished. The bathroom is shared with one other person. Full roam of the rest of the house, use of the kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. Car parking is on-street, but driveway parking is an option. Part of the garage is being used for storage as well as parking for my bike, but there is enough room for one or two more bikes in the garage.
Both of us are fairly quiet, easy-going guys. We are by no means neat-freaks, but we're not slobs either. The roommate sharing the bathroom is a 30 year old male who works at a fairly well known local car tuning/race shop. Due to his work schedule he's not home very much so bathroom conflict isn't really an issue. I'm a 20 year old male and go to school during the mornings and work afternoons/evenings.
We're looking for someone who is laid back, respectful and responsible. If you'd rather not share a bathroom, I'm willing to take the currently open room to allow our new roommate to have the master bedroom.
Rent for the room is $500/mo plus utilities (Comcast cable internet/TV, gas/electric, water, garbage, etc), or $700/mo plus utilities for the master bedroom. There is a $600 security deposit for either room. I'll post pics after the new room is completely read to move in, which will be by the end of the weekend.
