No it's not. He has a "Buy it Now" price of a 1000 Pounds Sterling. That's $1971 at the current exchange rate. He's suggesting that they usually go for 2000 Pounds at auction. That's $3942 at current exchange rates.

Regardless of that, it's a crazy price for a helmet.
