I am looking for a roommate to share our house. We are three straight guys. I'm 25, and the two other roommates are 28 and 34. The room is normal size with a closet, probably 12x12. Okay, some details:
HOUSE: The rent is $475 a month, and that includes all utilities except internet and cable, which is Comcast, but thats only about $20/month per person. There is a Last Months and a Deposit of $400, so the total move in is $1350. The house is huge, its about 3500 sq. ft and two stories. The room is located on the 2nd floor and you actually have two rooms to choose from. We are looking for 2 roommates to fill the house, but I'm in charge of finding one, and the landlord is in charge of finding the other, but we will meet with the person to see if we all get along first. There is a two car garage that has nothing in it at this point, except my bike, (starting Monday anyway) and a few odds and ends, so there is plenty of parking for more bikes!
LOCATION: This house is in Richmond. Now don't get your panties in a bundle, its not the Deadly Iron Triangle part of Richmond, its on the west side of I-80 at the Richmond Parkway exit far North from there, and its in a really new Suburb right next to the Richmond Country Club. I was skeptical at first when I moved in over a year and a half ago, but have had NO problems and all the neighbors are really nice.
We don't have parties, we all full time jobs. One roommate has a 4-12pm, and the other two have 8-5pm jobs. We like to hang out together and we are all really good friends, so we want someone that will be just that, and not hide away in his/her room. I also want someone who rides bikes!
