THE HOUSE
The rent, with utilities & cable Internet included, is an average of $745/mo, per person. It can be anywhere from a minimum of $718 to a maximum of $775, depending on which bills are due each month. Deposit is $800. Otherwise, the landlord has us on a month-to-month lease and is very chill.
This unit is in a 2-unit townhouse, part of a very quiet neighborhood, with plentiful/spacious street parking, and very easy freeway access. Newly renovated with all new carpet throughout. There is a pattio deck area, great for BBQs! It has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, so everyone pretty much has their own facilities. The adjoining neighbors are really awesome, too!
Some of the other amenities include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, a garage for storage, a forced air heating unit and an upstairs balcony overlooking a large pond (lots of birds), and a backyard with patio and lawn area. It is also within comfortable walking/jogging distance of Seascape Beach.
THE ROOM
The room is downstairs and measure approximately 13' x 15' with a 8' x 3' walk-in closet. The room has an adjoining half bathroom.
WE, THE TWO HOUSEMATES ARE...
Mid to late 20's easy going, neat and clean professionals. We are considerate, friendly, communicate well and have a great sense of humor. We leave a relatively small foot print in the communal area. One is a teacher and works with special ed. Students the other is a Production Artist/Graphic Designer. We live a steady weekday, 8 hr. work routine. We are usualy up and gone by 7 am and home by 6 or 7 pm.
