Request Photoshop help for retirement photo

Hi Guys,

My friend is retiring soon, and we wanted to photoshop an image to display at his party. He was making fun of another golfer at a tournament because the other guy had these weird polka dotted pants. I wanted to photoshop the polka dots on to Ben's pants. Here's the two photos; if you could help us, I can send the full size files to your e-mail...

Hopefully, someone else will step up to the task. I won't be back home until 2/1, so unless I find a copy of PS, I can't do it. Making a pattern of the gay pants, then filling the white pants is easy. :p
