I dont know if this is the correct section for this since it IS a minibike but I have a blaster ATV engine in it. Oh well, here it goes...
I have a YSR with the Blaster motor in it. I bought a used 28mm mikuni flatside carb and it came with a 220 main jet. The blaster has a 26mm round slide carb stock and it has a 230 main jet from the factory.
Here's the problem, it was running too rich with the 220 in it so I went down to a 200 and it ran a lot better but it's still running rich. Is it possible for this carb to run with a 180 or 190? It doesnt make since to me cuz a ysr with a stock motor and a 20mm carb runs a 180 in it. How the hell is a 200cc motor with a 28mm carb going to run the same jet?
