I guess I thought I could rely on BARF people to keep their word on a hand shake deal that they were gonna move in, but low and behold he was totally frothy to move in, until it came down to ACTUALLY doing it. Said he would before the first, and now he is completely unreachable by phone or any other means.

Can somebody reliable move in that is not a total fuck up flake ?? My roomates and I are really cool and want a PROFESSIONAL person with a job, that can pay their bills on time, and be considerate of others. In this world is that really too much to ask for ?

What kills me is that I explained to dude how that last guy that promised to move in, gave me and my girlfriend that same song and dance, " Oh please hold the room for me, I really really want to live here, I am not gonna flake, and will be by when I come back out ot town from a business trip...." And then the fucker goes and does the same exact thing !!!!
