Hey Racers,
I'm just taking a survey on what body part fatigues you when you race.

So while racing or after racing, what do you find fatigues you first (legs, hands, arms, back)????
What is least fatigued?
Do you use a lot of lower or upper leg while moving around on the bike?
Do you use more of push pull action when going through turns, do you find this to be tiring if so what parts? (hand, arms, back)
I know a lot of top racers are bicyclists, what do you do to condition if not cycling?

Any applicable feedback is appreciated.
Thank you.

Knees and thighs for me. A bit in the groin from gripping the tank.

Lower back (misaligned L4/L5). Hands from gripping the bars too tightly.

Thighs and forearms for me if I'm riding aggressively. Thighs get tired from transferring my weight from side to side. Forearms get tired under hard braking.

Anything preventing you from riding a bicycle?

Oh wait, this is for racers...

Out of breath. My muscles don't individually fatigue, it's more like the whole beast.
