user feedback rating (possible suggestion)

so i was curious if we can dd a feedback rating to each user. someting like the reputation, but used for selling/buying. like ebay. it would be nice to know whos a good seller and whos not.

eBay, just discontinued allowing sellers to give feedback to buyers.
