Currently have a fitted set of Hotbodies Bodywork that is painted close to Yamaha Blue. Looking to change to white. Nothing crazy, just sand the blue, prep and spray white, no clear. This is for track use only. Thanks

Hickey's auto body paints all my stuff in colfax california... great price and even better quality...
How much are you looking to spend. I have a guy who does work on the side. If you don't want any repair work or body work it can be done pretty cheap $250 or so. If you want them nicely decent with maybe some number plates or whatever it would probably run about $350

If you go to the garage section, and do a search you'll find many threads on the subject.
Here's the guy I used.
Full bodywork and tank. $500

Here's another alternative. Sam has painted my stuff with great quality, and he's usually very fast too.
Sam @ B & J Body Shop
(916) 635-3405 or e-mail sjohnson@bjbody.com
Most bikes (new plastics) $100.00 for each panel (part) single color.

Ditto
if you don't want to clear it, and it's hotbodies. just sand it and spray paint it. It'll cost more to pro paint it than the bodywork is worth at this point.

What is Harley's # as I want to whisper sweet somethings in his ear... Nothing to do with paint to jump off the subject.

Well after a long thought I went with Joe's suggestion. Started sanding the lower yesterday and it is damn time consuming when your trying not to go threw the fiberglass. Now I know why it would cost a prro so much.
I had a second question, if I dont want to mess with the tank can i just wrap it in vinyl?

hey guys, I do paintwork also. I can do plain to wild including airbrush work. I'd be happy to help out any fellow racers and give the best price I can. Feel free to check out my webpage (though it needs some updating) www.myspace.com/vigorouscustoms Thanks!

Hey I'm not spamming anything. I'm a new racer and I'm an artist and painter on the side. If I can help another rider save a couple of bucks I'm more than glad to help out. I realize there are probably a lot of spammers but I'm not one of them. I legitimately thought I was offering to help. I know I'm going to need help with things and others have already helped me along. Just want to do my part as well.:thumbup
