Yes, the avatar that I have had throughout nearly five years of BARFing, amended twice only to celebrate the birth of my daughter (right) and to spread a little holiday cheer, has now been deemed unfit for BARF consumption.
:(
RIP....

I would imagine that it had more to due with the "fake" tags than the actual content of the photos...

Yes, I know.
Fake tags = funny.
Is this really the case? We can't have fake tags?

How does anyone know your contributor tag is real? :laughing

Yeah I mean, everyone else has to pay for there tags, (see top banner), why should you beable to cheat the system, and get them for free. I know your a contributor and all, but you could just contribute to get those tags. My :2cents
Or why don't you just remove the fake tags, and keep the pics of your cute kids up? :teeth
How does anyone know your contributor tag is real? :laughing
I'll admit, my contributions were one or two times in pretty small amounts -- it's the thought that counts right?

Get rid of the tags and it's all good. Now it looks f'd up cause it says rejected under your kids photos...at first, before I read, I was like damn, why would somebody reject their kids! :wtf

Honestly Dave, I think it is becasue you are a fan of the New England Cheaters, sometimes referred to as the Patriots. :twofinger
If it actually matters, I thought his fake user tags were funny. At no time have I ever thought they were actually real. I mean, if you have met Dave you know he is not a Top 10 Poser. And he has only fondled a few BARF'ers which hardly makes him a member of the BARF fondling club. :rolleyes

Actually, "brewer and patriot" comes from the moniker that is bestowed upon Samuel Adams on the label of the beer that shares his namesake. I always thought it was a funny little title. In actuality I am neither a brewer nor a Patriot (fan). :p

MOD: Old woman!
Quasi888: Man!
MOD: Old Man, sorry. What knight live in that castle over there?
Quasi888: I'm thirty seven.
MOD: What?
Quasi888: I'm thirty seven -- I'm not old!
MOD: Well, I can't just call you 'Man'.
Quasi888: Well, you could say 'Quasi888'.
MOD: Well, I didn't know you were called 'Quasi888.'
Quasi888: Well, you didn't bother to find out, did you?
MOD: I did say sorry about the 'old woman,' but from the behind you looked--
Quasi888: What I object to is you automatically treat me like an inferior!
MOD: Well, I AM Mod...
Quasi888: Oh Mod, eh, very nice. An' how'd you get that, eh? By exploitin' the members -- by 'angin' on to outdated imperialist dogma which perpetuates the economic an' social differences in our forum! If there's ever going to be any progress--
WOMAN: Quasi888, there's some lovely filth down here. Oh -- how d'you do?
MOD: How do you do, good lady. I am Arthur, Mod of the BARFers. Who's castle is that?
WOMAN: Mod of the who?
MOD: The BARFers.
WOMAN: Who are the BARFers?
MOD: Well, we all are. we're all BARFers and I am your Mod.
WOMAN: I didn't know we had a Mod. I thought we were an autonomous collective.
Quasi888: You're fooling yourself. We're living in a dictatorship. A self-perpetuating autocracy in which the member classes--
WOMAN: Oh there you go, bringing class into it again.
Quasi888: That's what it's all about if only people would--
MOD: Please, please good people. I am in haste. Who lives in that castle?
WOMAN: No one lives there.
MOD: Then who is your mod?
WOMAN: We don't have a mod.
MOD: What?
Quasi888: I told you. We're an anarcho-syndicalist commune. We take it in turns to act as a sort of executive officer for the week.
MOD: Yes.
Quasi888: But all the decisions of that officer have to be ratified at a special biweekly meeting.
MOD: Yes, I see.
Quasi888: By a simple majority in the case of purely internal affairs,--
MOD: Be quiet!
Quasi888: --but by a two-thirds majority in the case of more--
MOD: Be quiet! I order you to be quiet!
WOMAN: Order, eh -- who does he think he is?
MOD: I am your Mod!
WOMAN: Well, I didn't vote for you.
MOD: You don't vote for Mods.
WOMAN: Well, 'ow did you become Mod then?
MOD: The SteveCo of the Lake,
[angels sing]
his arm clad in the purest shimmering samite, held aloft Hayabusa
from the bosom of the water signifying by Divine Providence that I,
Arthur, was to ride Hayabusa.
[singing stops]
That is why I am your Mod!
Quasi888: Listen -- strange women lying in ponds distributing motorcycles is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony.
MOD: Be quiet!
Quasi888: Well you can't expect to wield supreme executive power just 'cause some watery tart threw a bike at you!
MOD: Shut up!
Quasi888: I mean, if I went around sayin' I was an emperor just because some moistened bint had lobbed a moto at me they'd put me away!
MOD: Shut up! Will you shut up!
Quasi888: Ah, now we see the violence inherent in the system.
MOD: Shut up!
Quasi888: Oh! Come and see the violence inherent in the system! HELP! HELP! I'm being repressed!
MOD: Bloody peasant!
Quasi888: Oh, what a give away. Did you hear that, did you hear that, eh? That's what I'm on about -- did you see him repressing me, you saw it didn't you?

Nah Ramon is almost as old as me, so he is definitely not too young!
Oh yes, and I do happen to be 37 too. :laughing
On a related note, Clay Aiken thought Monty Python was a person.

Although completely off-topic, I figured I'd take this opportunity to compliment you on your Avatar/screen name! I still re-read my Tintin books from time to time, and was able to get one of my kids into them as well.
FWIW, I think there are few social situations that couldn't be enhanced by a well selected Monty Python quote.
