Private property that you have permission from the owner in writing to be on...

Basically anywhere that is not governed by the California vehicle code.

Your driveway.
Your warehouse.
Your private road.
Your garage.
Your backyard.
Your parking lot.

If it is someone else's, you will need permission.

Asking in the law enforcement section is probably not your best bet.

Perhaps the stunt forum? I know, I'm crazy...

Perhaps the stunt forum? I know, I'm crazy...maybe he was wondering if he could legally stunt somewhere. just because you like an activity that is illegal on the street doesn't mean you WANT to be breaking the law when you do it.

Just as bad as asking "where can i go 150mph?" The answer will be "the track"

Highway 37 between Vallejo and Sears Point is probably a good choice. If a cop passes in the opposite direction, he can't turn around for 10 miles!

and if he's behind you, you have nowhere to go
Or if he radios ahead (in the direction you're heading) you have nowhere to go.
