History

The bike was bought with 0 miles from Suzuki and built as Arclights first 06/07 750 in preparation for building Jeff Wood’s championship winning 750. It has been raced for two full years and maintained accordingly. The bike has finished on the podium in the AFM and is well set up enough to win a championship in F1 or 750sb (as you’ll see by comparing it to any other front running bike) It was crashed once on its left side, but has been raced for a year since and is straight as an arrow. As for maintenance, all bearings have been greased (now and in the past), oil, brake fluid and radiator fluid are fresh. The valves have just been checked and are within spec (November). The chain, sprockets, pads, rotors, bodywork, fork fluid, etc were all changed with wear and most are nearly new within the last 8 months (that’s a lot of my money…). Synthetic oil used, no corners cut, etc. etc. The bike is ready to rock and is by far the best Suzuki I’ve ever owned.

Also, I'm planning on riding the bike on the 24th if it doesn't rain, so all those pieces that are noted "brand new" will have one day on them as of Sunday if the bike doesn't sell by then.

you can see that the rotors are brand spankin new in the above photo. And, take note that the gilles rearsets will be for sale separately and don't come with the bike. Other than that, it's all there.

Nice bike Joe! Is this Berto's old bike? If it was a little lower I'd be all over this but right now it's just out of my reach.

Good luck with the sale man.:thumbup

yep, berto's old bike with my 16.5's, rotors, brembo and a few other bits. Spare motor is tentatively sold.

spare motor is sold, so the price has been adjusted in the original post to reflect the lack of that option.

Forgot to mention that the bike is $9150obo

nope, it means now I won't even have a bike! I'm out (drops the mic) and when I come back it'll be on a 250p bike!

bike still hasn't been ridden lately (so all that stuff is still new) and I don't plan on riding it at all til March when it hopefully won't still be around.

bump.

Also, I've added a front and rear stand with purchase of the bike. It didn't really occur to me that if I sold the stands before the bike I'd be in a little bit of a pinch, so I might as well toss them in.

First post edited to reflect that at NO PRICE INCREASE!!

...and you should edit the bit about the tires too: since you didn;t ride them, they are BRAND NEW.....unless, of course, you used some sand paper to get rid of (future) chciken strips on them. :laughing

Bump for a trick bike. I'd pick it up if I had the $$$

bump for a price change and notice that the bike still comes with the same spares, and all the parts that are listed as new are still new (rotors, pads, LE forks haven't been ridden yet, bodywork, fluids, tires, etc).

$8600 with spares/stands and the price will stay this way as I'll just race it in March if no one buys it.
