Friends,
After having missed the 2007 season, I've decided that it's time to sell the Derbi. My hope is that it can find a good home with someone who will ride the hell out of it in the 2008 season.
When I bought it, it was still street legal, and I've got all the parts just in case someone wants to put it back on the streets. It's currently registered as a Paid-Non-Op with the DMV. But that's no fun.
Changes that I've made include:
- Reverse shifter kit
- Dunlop slicks used for about seven race days and two track days
- Removed the starter, and all equipment that is not race essential
- 28mm OKO carb, professionally tuned
- Changed the front and rear sprockets for faster acceleration (I don't remember the actual tooth count, but I can check)
- Customized the graphics using track asphalt
I'm asking $2000 which includes all the above and:
- Front and rear stands
- Miscellanous race equipment, not including helmet, gloves, or suit
From the pictures you'll see road rash. It's a race bike.
Contact me if you're interested and have questions.
Cheers,
C.
