My Girlfriend and I are looking for a roommate!

I've got a 3 bdrm/3bath condo converted to a 2 master suite bedroom. My boyfriend and I are looking to rent out one room. We are either going to divide the huge master and and rent a portion of it for $800 or rent one large room w/ full bath for $1,250 to the right person. It is up to you! We've got a great space that is very roomy (1,850sqf total), with great peep's. Here is the rundown:
Two living areas + dining room (all newly remodled slate flooring)
Fireplace
2 full bathrooms + 1 half bath w/washer/dryer
Nice patio with koi pond
Community hot tub and pool
Granite kitchen

We are a very responsible couple, neither of us do any drugs and are not involved with any sort of shady activities. We are super chill and fun to be around I might add!
I am rarely home as I have started my own business, but sometimes I do work from the house. My boyfriend is an Alameda paramedic who works 14 hour days sometimes 6 days a week. When we are around we love to cook, enjoy a glass of wine, sit on the patio and/or do outdoor activities -weather permitting of course. We have an 11 month old puppy who is housebroken and a 3 year old boston, both of which are extremely loveable :0)
