I have virus scans initiate and run everyday I pop my laptop open but it also happens to me on my work computer.

(Try starting your computer in Safe Mode and running virus scan there... otherwise, sounds like you have to run a scan from a boot disk... or install HijackThis and do a manual virus removal. Some viruses store themselves in filenames that are constantly mutating and therefore are hard to remove with conventional anti-virus/malware tools since there's not a specific filename to search for.)

Are you running IE, Firefox, or Opera? Try using Opera and see if that works.
Also run hijackthis and post what it found. hijackthis can usually remove the BHO's in IE that forward you to the NSFW site.

After this, try CCleaner, then Microsoft Defender.

JMack, what virus scans are you using? If it's something you downloaded online, it may actually have a virus in it. Plus, not all AV software picks up all viruses, and you have to make sure that if it doesn't automatically update definitions, you'll need to do it yourself about once a week.

I'm sux0r at teh interwebz 2. Everything I learned about AV software I learned because of too much pr0n surfing and having to fix it myself.

Here is a comprehensive step by step guide which should help you take care of this, if not then you are FUCKED ! :D

1. Download Lavasoft http://www.lavasoftusa.com/products/ad_aware_free.php and run it.
2. As Cardinal mentioned http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ run this, use the Java kernel.
3. If for some reason housecall doesn't work. go to http://free.grisoft.com/doc/2/ and download the free version and run that.

Above 3 steps should clean up your system.

For future do yourself a favor and install zone alarm. This helps you monitor all outgoing traffic.
