Whats going on in San Ramon right now?

Coming home from lunch and I saw a SRPD motor unit going through a redlight with no lights on, thought it was strange. Then I see 3 cruisers parked in random locations along the road with no overheads on and noone in the cars. I look up and theres a CHP fixed wing aircraft doing circles overhead for the past ten mins.

Anyone know whats up? This is right next to the station, on Crow Canyon

On my way back to work I looked down a side street and there were about 8 SRPD and CCC Sheriff cruisers parked in a residential street.

I called one of my friends who lived just down the road and she said a bunch of cars had been broken into the night before, the neighbors had someone break in during the day a week ago, and then they were caught stealing cars today. Man and a woman, man took off running through backyards and the found him over in the Greenbrook area (right by my house :thumbup :rolleyes )

I love San Ramon. Lived there for over 6 years of my life.

Dublin was developed before Pleasanton. Historically it was on the Lincoln highway route (Hwy 50) along with Mountain House and Livermore.

I don't know exactly where. All the action I saw took place at Camino Ramon Place (that 'newer' development behind Marshalls) My friend who lives there talked to the cops and they said he took off running through backyards. So I assume he went down/across the Iron Horse and they found him somewhere around Harlan or Canfield abouts, maybe a little further.


Not too close to your house. I don't know if you recall but about ~3-4 years ago, you, I believe your neighbor at the time, and I rode out to a Barf ride on Mines. I had a blue YZF600R at the time.
