The people were running away scared. That panicked and seemingly unarmed crowd just wanted to GTFO stat. And it looks like he missed out on the initial action (probably indiscriminate shooting into the crowd). His chasing after some of them, with a gun in his hand, just proves he's retard and a bully.

^^^Obviously I don't know what those people were there for, what actually caused them to flee, if there were other officers also getting involved, ect, ect.

Outside of all the usual questions/feelings about if the actions taken were necessary or not, all I'm saying is that the officer wasn't in a line of 20 other cops all wearing riot gear. He ran towards a crowd alone, with ass-kickery in mind. A bully? An idiot? I'm certainly not going to argue. But irrevelant to my reason for posting.
