yeah... all of a sudden one day they just don't work at all anymore, in any program. this is really pissing me off. any ideas? they used to work fine in winamp, mediamonkey, and media player. now they don't work at all. wtf?

most media keys require software to make it work, try checking the settings of that program, if not, go into control panel > keyboard and check there.

Did you install any updates recently?

If you are running XP, I would do a system restore, to a date when they still worked.

no recent updates that i can think of. i did update itunes recently but i don't think that would have caused it...
