Reposting on BARF for shits and grins since some people like these bikes. This is my around-town bike. Reposted from PM:
OK, here's the real update on the little bike:
I took it to work and took it out for our lunch ride last week. Everyone at the office enjoyed it...

There were a few annoyances, including the fact that the steering bearings were gone... the frontend jiggled like... well, you know... Anyhow, I decided that it'd be nice to rip the bike apart as it had been through a bit of mud as well, so I started in on it:

Well, after that, it seemed like a good idea to get it partially back together so that I can bolt the engine up when it comes in
