Gsx-r Fork differences between 05 and 06

Hi all,
I may have bought a bike with a swapped front end. it's an 07 gsxr750, but the wheel is from an 05, I'm worried the brakes and fork may also be from an 04 or 05. Is there anything visibily different between the forks after the model change (05 versus 06)?

The forks sliders are chrome on k4 k5 and the k6 k7 have ti nitrade coating on them making them a charcoal color. The brake calipers are black on the k6 k7 vs gold.
