for all of you in the San Diego area, jus a lil heads up. went for a ride today out past Julian on Banner Rd and found quite a few CalTrans workers putting sand all over the road. YES SAND. looked like they were adding tar-snakes and covering them in sand. im sure itll take quite a while for the road to clean off, and then well jus have more tar-snakes to deal w/... so plz inform everyone u can to stay away so there r no mishaps.
