1981 honda goldwing gl1100 $1400 OBO

I'm posting this up for my dad. He never rode the bike further than around the block, he bought it thinking he was going to ride but decided not to.

it has 70k miles but the odomoter stopped working sometime around 62k miles and I put a different one on that reads 7,000 miles.

needs a new battery, it was sitting for a year in the garage and battery died. It will start if you jumpstart it but as soon as you turn it off it will not turn on on its own.

the bike runs good and is mechanically sound considering its age. Current registration and clean title in hand. I'll try and get some pictures from different angles as soon as I can move this giant bike out to the driveway.

Looks to be in a very good condition from the pictures.

These bikes are bullet proof, and lots of people out there are looking for them (just like your dad... want to get into bikes again, but not sure.)

good luck with the sale... definitely post it on Craigslist too, as the above mentioned crowd don't necessarily know about BARF. :thumbup
