So I installed my applied racing springs last night, rear went in fine once I found a torch and front seemed to go together just fine but when I test rode it the front end has some play in it, anyone else have this, it only happens when theres no weight on the front (wheeling) when I bring it back down I can feel a little gigling, any info would be great from some peeps who have done this mod.
thanks.

Yo homie, this should be in the Mini-Bikes forum. :twofinger

That's weird. My front springs are really stiff.

How long did it take you to install the rear shock?

when you put the springs in, did you rotate them until the tabs at the tops clicked into place?

Yea I just noticed I put in in the wrong forum, yo Pierre can you move me over please.

Urizzle,
I took me about 20 min for the rear shock once I got a torch to heat up the bushing mount. I can help ya when you wanna do it, let me know when.

Yea I made sure the tabs were in the right possition when I installed them, the only thing I can think of is the stock ones are kinda screwd onto the part you put the pin through, on the new ones the spring just sits on the mount, maybe it's normal or maybe I got some bunk springs.

I heard that the stiffer springs will rattle in the tubes, more grease might help. did you have to drill for the pins?

Nope, no drilling, everything went together just perfectly, cant figure it out. :confused
