I'm the original owner. Bought brand new in Spring of 2001. It's still 100% factory stock & in mint condition. Only 4K mostly freeway miles. Never raced. I'll throw in an OEM 49 state factory exhaust cannisters, LP tank bra and Kawi's service manual for the bike. I even have the original owner's manual and tool kit just like it came off the showroom floor.
The Y2K model year had numerous technical improvements and was last year for the prestigous "200" mph speedo. This bike rec'd TLC and is one of the most sensible rides, ergonomically speaking, for an all out sportbike. It is highly rated by all the mags for wind protection and riding comfort on the street.
This Kawasaki engine is EXTREMELY healthy for a stock ZX-9R. It recently dyno'd at 140rwhp & 75rwt on a dynojet system (test result available with the bike).
Color is factory stock original Kawasaki green with purple and white strake accents.
