A Toyota Supra and a Ford Escort Cossworth vs. the Swedish Police - the heavy-weight champions in a documentary on street racing, a cat-and-mouse game with the Swedish Police in the night of Stockholm.
The motion picture "Getaway in Stockholm 2" was filmed at dawn, late August 2001 - one year after "Getaway in Stockholm" with the Porsche 911 was done.
We learned a great deal from the first film - for instance, we had to push the pedal-to-the-metal a lot harder this time to get some really kick-ass and exciting high-speed pursuits with real cops.... Well, I guarantee you...we've succeeded in both these missions!
The cars shown in "Getaway in Stockholm 2" are a Toyota Supra and a Ford Escort Cosworth, each one of them tuned to about 450 hp. The Supra and the Cosworth are frequent competitors at illegal street racing events in Stockholm.
These extreme cars have very different handling abilities. Where the Supra conquers with its superior momentum and top speed, the Cosworth gains with its blistering acceleration, late braking and track road handling. No costs have been spared to shape these two awesome street racing....[/B][/QUOTE]
