Motor Sports Bar

Hi All,
My bud who own's Fred's Place in Mountain View is soon making the change over to a Motor Sports oriented Sports Bar. Satelight coming in more TV's etc. He currently sponsors a couple Porsche race cars and is a 2 WHL fan as well. He plans to invite BARFers to his 2WHL Tuesday night features as he gets closer to making the switch. He has race stuff on the walls and even a pic of me on the R6 next to his sponsored guys..nice guy. I will post a real invite once he is ready to go..bummer is 21 and over and I know a lot of us are less than 21 (I wish). He also host partee's and the like for private groups so we could do it up , have a band , etc..

While most of them can't be live, I've always wante to find a place that would braodcast F1!!! 2WHL Tue would be cool though.

Hey the Guys loves F-1 and it will be in the mix for sure..that is his first love.
The place is on Old Middlefield Road just south of San Antonio.
Left side if your going South..1954 is da address I beleive.
Just off 101 a couple of blocks. San Antonio exit if coming from the North..left on Old Middlefield one block on left.
Old middlefield exit if coming from South..through 3 lights and on your right...

I usually stop by after work 5:30-6 ish for an end of the day libation :eek if you happen to come by at that time ask almost anybody..who is Budman and introduce yourself. I will repost when he makes the move to a Real Motorsports Bar. The owners name is Paul. He's about 45 or so and works most weekdays and Thursday nights...Take note of the F-1 car parts hanging on the wall. He is a FIN so Hakanin (SP ?) and such are always at the top of his list for discussions.

i went to britania arms on tuesday for lunch & asked the bartender to put it on speed vision & he did, to bad fucking Nascar was on :finger

Paul was up at T-hill SAT and SUN. watching his boys! He hooked up with the coctail waitress at The Golden Pheasant for a Hooter and yes Karen put it together.."You know the motorcycle guy?"
