How do I get rid of the "NEWBIE, ROOKIE" thing under my user name and put a custom one in its place?

Go into User CP, Edit Profile, then you make your new title in the section that says "Custom User Text:"

I still can't change it, port even came over and tried but thir is no option to change it. Maybe when I hit 100 post it will give me an option.

You need to check the box "Use Custom Title"

Well, turns out that you had to have 10 posts and be a member for 10 days. That's stoopid, if you ask me, so I turned it off. Try again and let me know if it works for ya.
