I kept the rear disk on my L. saves a little. I have the stock counter shaft sprocket, 15 i think and 42 rear. I'd like to put the 38 back on since i'm on the freeway so much.
Why the new triple clamps? tell me what you think of the brace. I've heard good and bad. And i love my big gun system. i had a White Bros and the god damn thing fell apart. The end cap for the Big Gun is soild instead of a shitty piece of tin.
That 650 looks cool except the fruity front fender. Aceribis supermoto fender is like 30 bucks @ cycle gear

the smallest rear sprocket i've seen was a 39 tooth.
the bar clamps i wanted only came with the triple clamps.
as for the fork brace, it makes a big difference with the
fork flex. 200.00 for brace kit or 1500.00 USD forks.
i just put the supermotard front fender on about 2
weeks ago and ordered a black one for the 400.
So acording to your list Rich, all I have left to pick up is wheels, disks and forkbrace:teeth;)
as a ribute to my rc51 i'm going to have to nab a morwaki exhaust for the xr. like whoa (http://www.bigvalleyhonda.com/moriwaki/moriwaki.html)

Before you choose a pipe listen to Dev's Akrapovic.
Very sweet tone and good power too.

I was just showing my planned exhaust. still waiting on doing the paperwork for the plate. the baja light kit was $400. why I don't know, because this bike already has a battery etc. just big profit right there. anyways... CA reg. shouldn't be much seeing how the bike was under $3k. I already paid the CA sales tax and that's the biggie %-wise, right?
