Will a R6 Cush drive fit a R1?

I have an 02 R1 and the studs are f'ed up on the cush drive. Could I use a 2001 or 2002 R6 cush drive on the R1? Any other suggestions to be able to change sprockets?

maybe someone on the R1 boards would have an answer?

studs/nuts stripped? seized? cross-threaded?
