Stockton Motarding

Hi all,
Who can tell me what time the races start on Sunday? I would like to go and check it out.

I'm thinking about giving motarding a try but figured I should probably go check out the track first before showing up for racing.

Anyone got any 21" and 18" rubber they would want to lend to a newbie to try it out?

The heats start around 10 and the mains start around 1 pm. I have a set of used Distenza's you can borrow. I believe there will be a sat night practice after the g kart race. I'm #13 come by and say hi at the race.

yeah Ducky get some tires for your KTM. It's only 35 min drive from Antioch. I might go out again on Sept 1st with some other mini-Barfers. For $20 you can practice from 1PM to 6:30 PM. And from 6:30 till 10PM you can Race, however that's another $25. If I can get a Tues off work I might stick around. These are Monday practice/race for motorcycles.

Thanks for the info and the offer for the tires. I'll be out there sunday to watch and will stop by your pit and say hi.

Couple more questions for y'all. Is there a sanctioning body? Do I need to become a member of the motorplex? Any links to rules, classes or other info? Is Monday night racing for minis only? If I have a 300 2-smoker will I have to race open class against 525s and 650s?

If I have a 300 2-smoker will I have to race open class against 525s and 650s? With that bike you can race Sportsman and novice only....open requires 17's or 19's wheels

Tuesday nights? Those sound better since I have class this semester from 10:30-6pm in San Jose on M/W.

And my KTM isn't getting any money spent on it, other than normal maintenance. It's an 85!! Haha..

I'm considering an XR400, if I can find one for the right price.
