Thursday 9-18-03 loop ride

Meet at Alices at 10. we'll leave at 1030 ish.

The route will be something like this....
84, Pescadero, Clovredale, Gazos creek, 1, (maybe Swanton), lunch in Davenport, Bonny Dune, Ice cream grade, Felton Empire, 9, Alba, Empire Grade, Jameson creek, 236, and 9 to 4 corners for a grand total of just 84.2 miles.

Everyone is welcome, there is no pressure to ride fast. Everyone needs to ride within skill level. We do not want anyone to push harder than they are comfortable with, this is not a race.

We should be up to 4 corners by 2-3ish, so if you need to leave early, please discuss this with the ride leader and sweeper.

I will be at the 76 at the bottom of 9 at 9:45.

I'm 99% sure I'll make this one. Company is having layoffs Thursday morning, so instead of being in class stressing about it, I'll just go riding and not think about it. If they page me to come in early, meaning I've been laid off, then they'll just have to wait till I finish my ride!

Cowtwnz-I usually leave the 76 by 930am and make it to alices at exactly 10am. If you leave no later than 945, then you should get there by 1015.

I will be waiting for Cowtwnz at the 76, so we may be a little later than 10:15. Hopefully y'all will wait for us at Alices.

Thanks you guys for a good day. :) It was my first time getting out and really trying to ride and get a feel for the bike and I feel like I accomplished a lot of little things on my check list as far as figuring stuff out ... I feel a lot more comfortable on the bike ...
