This bike is excellent beginners bike. It WAS running but was getting progressively harder to start - and then unable to start.

It has been dropped a couple times but the damage was only cosmetic. A mechanic and a couple parts should be able to get this thing rolling again. The engine should be fine.

This is my sisters bike and she's looking for about 1k for it.

those old bandits are awesome bikes. i used to own one, passed it on to my cousin, and have been yearnin' for another one ever since. if i didn't already own 3 bikes, i'd be jumpin' on this. :teeth

any idea what sorta issues are keepin' the bike from startin'?

I'm no mechanic... My sister just wasn't able to start it one day and never got it fixed. She doesn't even have time to ride anymore and just told me to try and sell it for her.
